We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookeeper/Administrative Assistant. This position requires proficiency in Quickbooks and experience in accounts receivable and payables. Responsibilities Assist in account analysis and maintain accurate records for various accounts. Reconciling bank accounts and keeping a complete and accurate record of all financial transactions Processing payments and generating invoices and receipts Using Quickbooks, and Excel spreadsheets Experience Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accounting or finance department. Proficiency in using Quickbooks or similar accounting software is essential, and basic accounting principles is desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a small business environment. This position offers flexible hours. Note we have two locations, main office is located in Monmouth Junction, a second home office is located in East Brunswick. There may be travel necessary to both locations.
