Job Description

We are a high-end interior design firm based in Greenwich, CT, seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a creative, fast-paced, and inspiring work environment, supporting a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the design team and management
  • Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Assist with project documentation, proposals, and client communication
  • Track orders, deliveries, and vendor communications
  • Support office operations and supply management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with interior design processes or creative industries is a plus
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Work Location: Hybrid (Greenwich, CT) – in-office presence required several days per week
Employment Type: Full-time
