  • First Shift | 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM | 16.50/hr
  • Second Shift | 2:30 PM – 10:45 PM | $18.00/hr
  • Third Shift | 10:30 PM – 6:45 AM | $17.50/hr

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to stand, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs for 8+ hours per shift
• Strong attention to detail and focus
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety

What You’ll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble vehicle parts including doors, instrument panels, and chassis components
• Operate hand and power tools, and possibly automated production equipment
• Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards
• Follow standard operating procedures and detailed assembly instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Comply with all Mobis policies and procedures
