Smallcakes East Cobb in Marietta, GA is looking for one baker to join our 8 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Responsibilities Weigh and measure ingredients Mix and blend batters Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment Follow cake and ice cream recipes. Decorate cakes/cupcakes to Smallcakes specifications. Maintain a clean baking environment. Ensure quality control for all products. Following sanitation and safety guidelines. Assisting in cleaning duties. Assisting in other duties, as assigned. Qualifications Attention to detail in all aspects of baking Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal Previous work or baking experience in a bakery setting Ability to decorate cakes and cupcakes Exhibit a passion for serving people ServSafe training and/or certification 401k Plan available We are looking forward to reading your application.
