What You’ll Do
As a Barista, you’ll be the face of Myth & Legend Cumming, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and customer areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to continually learn and improve your craft.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
