✅ Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in drama/performance art, art management, or related fields (those with Broadway art education professional training are preferred). At least 3 years of academic management experience in art education institutions or international schools. Familiarity with international art curriculum systems (e.g., IB, AP, American drama Conservatory model, etc.) is preferred. Proficiency in teaching processes, schedule arrangement, teaching evaluation, and teacher management. Experience in executing medium to large projects (such as graduation performances, art festivals, interdisciplinary workshops) is preferred. Strong Chinese-English communication skills, excellent organisational and coordination abilities, and a team spirit. Sense of responsibility and service, passion for art education, and understanding of the long-term value of education. Excellent background check results and reference letters.
