Remote Business Development Manager – Personal & Professional Growth

Are you a professional with strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for supporting others’ growth? In this role, you’ll help expand our transformative personal development programs locally and internationally.
You’ll guide participants, coordinate program engagement, and ensure a high-quality experience—all while investing in your  own personal and professional development through the programs you support.

Key Responsibilities
· Support participant engagement and represent our personal development programs
· Coordinate and schedule content and engagement initiatives across online platforms (training provided)
· Use digital tools — including AI platforms — to enhance outreach and engagement
· Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective participants (scripts provided)
· Provide guidance and support to participants during onboarding and program engagement
· Participate in your own ongoing personal and professional development

Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years professional experience, independently or with a reputable organization
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect authentically online
· Genuine interest in personal development and helping others achieve their goals
· Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
· Willingness to learn digital tools and platforms (AI tools, CRM systems, social platforms)
· Experience with social media or content tools is a plus, but full training is provided
· Strong organizational and time management skills
