CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
* Arizona State Certification in Special Education (K-12).
* Classroom experience, especially with diverse learning needs.
* Familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development and implementation.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Provide direct academic instruction based on the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Arizona state standards.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
* Conduct academic evaluations and assess students' skills and progress.
* Adapt and modify curriculum and teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs and disabilities.
* Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and other professionals to support student development and maintain records.
