What your day-to-day will look like:

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas to create a welcoming environment for all occupants and guests.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Utilize cleaning equipment and materials safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to embrace more innovative ways of working within the building service function.
• Respond promptly to client and team inquiries regarding cleaning services, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Support and adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for fast resolution.
• Stocking and managing inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing a culture of collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Completing required JLL and client training module.
• Must possess basic computer skills for data entry, inventory management, and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a commercial real estate or facilities management environment.
• Familiarity with using a variety of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace inclusion and a history of supporting colleagues' wellbeing.
• Experience working within a multicultural environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying innovative ways to improve service delivery.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Weekends)

• Week #1: Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (48 hours)
• Week #2: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (36 hours)

Salary/Comp: $14.61 - $21.20 USD Hourly
