Position Overview:

As a Customs Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and compliant Customs entry processing while navigating ever-changing trade regulations. You’ll classify goods, manage documentation, coordinate with regulatory partners, and ensure smooth and timely clearance for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being a true expert in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate Customs entries.
• Classify products under the HTSUS and ensure full compliance with CBP regulations.
• Process ISFs, Post Summary Corrections, and Protests.
• Review import documents for accuracy (invoices, BOLs, PGA documentation, COO, etc.).
• Communicate with CBP, importers, carriers, and forwarders to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on tariff changes, regulations, and trade compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Customs entry/brokerage experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTSUS classification, and entry procedures.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Career-focused with a strong drive for accuracy and compliance.
