Job Title: File Clerk

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours

Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Position Overview:

A growing organization is seeking a dependable and detail-focused File Clerk to support administrative operations. The role involves organizing physical and digital records, handling data entry tasks, and supporting day-to-day clerical needs. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and organizational ability.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic documents
• Retrieve and prepare files for internal use upon request
• Scan hardcopy documents and upload them to digital systems
• Label folders, update databases, and ensure filing systems are current
• Input and verify data in spreadsheets or internal databases
• Cross-reference records to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Assist in routine file maintenance, including archiving and disposal
• Support clerical activities such as photocopying, mailing, and general administrative assistance
• Maintain strict confidentiality with all sensitive materials
• Contribute to special administrative projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general computer use
• Capable of managing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities

Work Setting:

This position includes both desk-based tasks and occasional light physical activity, such as lifting file boxes or accessing storage. The environment is structured, professional, and focused on maintaining an efficient workflow.
