Job Description

DISHWASHER

The Aielli Group is looking for a dishwasher. The dishwasher duties include cleaning and washing dishes, flatware and pans while maintaining an organized and clean dish area. They may also restock items, put away deliveries, empty and clean trash receptables and other duties as needed.

To be successful as a dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Maintain an organized dish area.
• Clean equipment, appliances and areas used in the BOH.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Take out trash and clean garbage containers.
• Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks as needed.
• Maintain proper sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Dishwasher experience a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comply with all food and safety regulations.
