**Job Title: Electronics Assembler**
**Job Description**
As an Electronics Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering circuit boards, wire assemblies, and small panel units. You will follow company documentation and diagrams to accurately assemble items, clean circuit boards as needed, inspect and repair post-wave boards, and utilize soldering equipment and various hand and power tools. Maintaining a clean workbench is also essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and solder circuit boards, wire assemblies, and small panel units.
+ Follow company documentation and diagrams to accurately assemble items.
+ Clean circuit boards as needed.
+ Inspect and repair post-wave boards.
+ Utilize soldering equipment and various hand and power tools.
+ Maintain a clean workbench and work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
+ Comfortable working in various departments and performing multiple job duties.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ IPC certifications are a plus, but not required.
+ At least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience preferred.
+ At least 6 months of previous electronic assembly experience preferred, but not required.
+ Ability to read schematics preferred, but not required.

**Work Environment**
Work a 4-day week, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 4:30 pm in a climate-controlled facility. Enjoy a relaxed dress code that allows shorts. Join a team of around 40 employees in a 'swarm culture' that emphasizes cross-training and collaboration, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently with the help of multiple team members when needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
