We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in sales, as you will receive hands-on training and gain valuable experience in the industry.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving company goals. We are looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.

  • Sales Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, answering inquiries and providing product information.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

  • Data Entry & CRM Management: Update customer records and track sales activities using our CRM software.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales representatives and managers to refine strategies and meet departmental goals.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value to customers.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines.

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or any other client-facing role is a plus (but not required).

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM tools is a bonus.
