We’re looking for a full-time Event Coordinator to join our Atlanta-based team and help plan, manage, and execute dynamic events from start to finish.
As an Event Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind every detail—from the first brainstorm to the final breakdown. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, and brand experiences
Managing event logistics including timelines, vendor communications, permits, and staffing
Handling pre-event prep: assembling materials, shipping kits, and coordinating deliveries
Being on-site for event setup, execution, and teardown—ensuring every detail is in place
Maintaining detailed documentation of event plans, budgets, and recaps
Supporting client communications with professionalism and timeliness
Helping brainstorm and develop creative event concepts, themes, and experiences
Working closely with the marketing and production teams to align on event messaging and branding
2+ years of experience in event coordination, production, or related fields (agency or client-side)
Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for details and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Calm under pressure, with the ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet
Comfort working on-site at events (some evenings/weekends may be required)
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (familiarity with project management tools is a plus)
