We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our client's team. This role involves supporting data center procurement and financial accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and supplier engagement, contributing to the development of new reporting structures and procurement initiatives. Responsibilities + Assemble spreadsheets and create charts and graphs to illustrate technical reports. + Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for investment decisions. + Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks. + Contribute to data center procurement initiatives and AI procurement projects. + Develop new storage agreements and reporting structures for monthly and quarterly spending. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Excel, including advanced features and complex formulas with a minimum of 3 years' experience. + Experience with PowerPoint and data presentation for at least 3 years. + Mathematics/statistics skills for financial analysis with a minimum of 3 years' experience. + Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline is required. An advanced degree is preferred. + 2-4 years of financial and/or accounting experience. + Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial markets, and financial data reporting. + Familiarity with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting. Work Environment This is a fully remote position open to candidates in any time zone. The role requires a standard 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday with no overtime. The candidate will be equipped with a standard laptop provided by the supplier. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
