Financial Analyst
Location Remote – US | Fully Remote
Compensation & Schedule
• $32–$35/hr
• Full-time, 40 hrs/week
• W2 contract, 6-month duration with potential extension/conversion
• Start: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
Join a dynamic finance team within the financial services sector, where flexibility and adaptability are key. This role provides cross-functional support across FP&A, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams during critical coverage periods. Ideal for finance professionals eager to grow, make impactful contributions, and gain exposure to diverse initiatives across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate monthly financial close tasks and variance reporting
• Analyze and forecast vendor-level spend, large events, and stock-based compensation costs
• Support quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting processes
• Provide interim coverage across FP&A during time off or vacancies
• Collaborate with leaders across G&A teams on financial planning initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite and Oracle Cloud Hyperion Planning
• 1–2 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
• Background in financial services or exposure to regulated business units
• Good job stability (a minimum of 1 year at all previous roles)
• Must live within a 30 mile radius of your home office
