Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to various positions within the restaurant as needed
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and food safety guidelines
_ Assist with serving on the line.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests are greeted and served in a friendly and timely manner
- Promote sales by upselling menu items and suggesting additional products or services
- Assist with food handling, including receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
-Push or pull up to 75 pounds on occasion.
Experience:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is preferred
