Job Description

Full Time Bookkeeper Location Longwood, FL :
  • Creating and reviewing invoices and credit memos in Quickbooks Enterprise for 3 entities
  • Processing payments on online terminal and generating checks
  • Depositing checks and conducting daily banking activities
  • Reconciling from third-party records such as bank statements, credit card statements etc.
  • Accounts receivables and payables
  • Processing weekly payrolls
  • Processing monthly and quaterly payrol and sales taxes
  • Maintaining accurate accounts and working with our CPA for yearly tax returns

    • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

    Benefits:
