We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent within the healthcare industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals.
  • Screen candidates through phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person meetings to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, including skill requirements, shift preferences, and organizational culture.
  • Negotiate employment offers and compensation packages to secure placements that meet the needs of both candidates and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentials, and licensure requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
