The ideal candidate will provide Comprehensive Assessment and admission to patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being. Duties * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, admissions and develop individualized care plans. * Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management * Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. * Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately in electronic health records. Requirements: * Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current, valid RN license registered in the state of Texas. * Driver's License. * Bilingual preferred. * 1 year of home health nursing experience required. * There are no fixed territories, this is a rover position, and flexibility is expected.
