Join a family-oriented insurance agency that has been serving the community for decades. Here, employees aren’t just coworkers — they’re part of a close-knit team where longevity, collaboration, and a positive culture truly matter. The office celebrates successes together with annual events, and team members enjoy a supportive, friendly environment where clients are treated like neighbors.
If you’re looking for stability, growth, and the chance to build strong client relationships while working with a welcoming team, this opportunity is for you.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent service to both personal and commercial insurance clients. This role offers variety, client interaction, and the opportunity to build knowledge in insurance — with full training and licensing support provided if needed.
This is an in-office position, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
Assist new and existing clients with personal and commercial insurance needs.
Quote new policies and perform account rounding.
Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and audits.
Accept and process payments accurately.
Conduct account reviews to identify needs and recommend coverage options.
Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting, billing, and claims.
Answer phone calls and provide prompt, professional, and friendly service.
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Strong communication and customer service skills (in-person, phone, and written).
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
Prior insurance experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days — company-paid training and licensing provided).
Pay: $22–25/hour (depending on experience and licensing).
Schedule: 37.5-hour work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch).
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation, 7 sick days, 2 personal days (after 90 days).
Holidays: 11 paid holidays annually.
Training: Company-paid licensing and career development opportunities.
Culture: Supportive, family-oriented office with a friendly, team-focused environment.
This position requires sitting for long periods and frequent use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment. The employer is an equal opportunity organization and complies with all applicable laws regarding employment eligibility and reasonable accommodation.
