Our insurance agency is expanding and needs the help of a Life Insurance Agent to grow our list of prospective clients and onboard new clients. We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state level. Also, our ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to drive sales among existing clients and new clients through a mix of networking, referrals, PR marketing strategies as well as Social Media platforms. Moreover, we have a winning culture and a comprehensive self-development program for business. Work from Home or office when needed. Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer’s individual needs
• Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
• Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders
• Serve as an attentive listener when communicating with new and potential clients in order to accurately identify their unique needs prior to pursuing specific insurance sales

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
• High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus
• Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license
• Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful
• Candidates must have some computer experience, including the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office programs
