We're seeking a knowledgeable and service-driven IT Help Desk Technician to resolve issues related to phones, networking, hardware, software, and printers. The ideal candidate is both a skillful problem-solver and an exceptional communicator. Must provide 3 professional references with 1 being a previous supervisor
