Job Summary
International Therapy Solutions, PLLC is looking for a contractual LLMSW or LMSW who can provide therapy for all ages, especially adolescents or couples. Willingness and experience to work with Couples and Families a plus.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available. Perfect if you are looking for flexibility in your work/life balance.

In person space is available for those looking to work in person. Hybrid options also available.

This is a 1099 contractor position. We are looking for practitioners hoping to see a minimum of 10 clients per week.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed by the State of Michigan as either LLMSW or LMSW.
• Have your own professional liability insurance.
• Have training and/or experience providing psychotherapy/counseling with a variety of patient populations.
• Be able to provide creative solutions and empathetic care for our clients.
• Must be willing and able to handle a patient caseload of 10 or greater patients per week.
• Have great organizational and clinical documentation skills.

We especially are looking for candidates who are skilled in:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
• Play Therapy
• Exposure-response Prevention (ERP)
• Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)

but are happy to accept most therapy types!

Ability to provide therapy in a non-English language is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
