Culinary Staff will be trained under the expert tutelage of Executive Chef Andre Jones. Andre comes to us from High end corporate America and is and expert in the Culinary Arts. JOB FUNCTION
• Engage in planning and executing new and exciting menu options with Chef Andre
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• We are willing to train individuals with limited experience
