Estimated Earnings: $85,000 – $250,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent and sell new and used boats, wake boats, pontoons, and yachts
  • Deliver a refined, professional customer experience in a luxury retail setting
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with an upscale clientele
  • Manage leads, follow-up activities, and the complete sales process
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge across brands and categories
  • Ensure inventory presentation aligns with our high dealership standards
  • Participate in boat shows, private client events, and on-water demos
  • Uphold professional appearance and communication at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in boat, RV, yacht, automotive, or luxury retail sales preferred
  • Strong closing skills and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to connect with high-net-worth clients with professionalism and poise
  • Familiarity with LightSpeed / LightSpeedEVO is helpful
  • Motivated, disciplined, and committed to exceptional service
  • Prior experience with marine or recreational products is highly valued and will elevate your candidacy.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
    A weekday off is provided when scheduled for a Saturday shift.
