Job Description

**Job Title: 2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a Medical Device Assembler on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11:30pm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and packaging of medical devices, ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in a clean room/non-clean room environment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and check medical devices following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), specifications, and procedures. + Perform various assembly process steps at multiple workstations throughout manufacturing line rotation, including manual assembly of raw materials, bonding of raw materials, and assembly through manual torque application. + Conduct primary packaging process steps of medical devices, including pouching units with labeling raw materials. + Perform in-process quality inspections and checks, including visual inspection of devices and packaging materials and air flow testing of devices. + Document actions, data, or results regarding manufacturing processes and ensure accuracy according to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). + Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure product quality. + Clean and organize manufacturing equipment, tools, and supplies. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing experience in cleanroom environments. + Proficiency in assembly and packaging processes. + Excellent manual dexterity and good vision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to pass a visual acuity test (20x25 corrected vision) and Particulate Matter Certification. + Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing procedures. + Effective communication skills with leads and supervisors. + High School Diploma or GED. + At least 3 to 6 months of manufacturing experience. **Why Work Here?** Embrace the opportunity to work in an innovative and supportive environment where your contributions directly impact the quality and safety of medical devices.
