Outside Sales Representative

Remote - Must reside in Louisiana*

Established in 2013,  Excel Loading Systems is the fastest growing loading arm company in the world, and we are looking for full-time  Outside Sales Representative  to join our team. In this role, you will cover Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing technical support to key accounts.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Remote
• Up to 75% travel

The right candidate will have:

• At least three (3) years of industrial or technical sales experience.
• Experience working with refineries, terminals, or chemical process industries preferred.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and travel independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems or fluid handling equipment is a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Our Outside Sales Representative will:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users across Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Promote and sell Excel’s line of loading arms and transfer systems
• Work closely with engineering and operations to develop tailored proposals
• Manage quotes, support follow-ups, and move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions as a brand ambassador
• Maintain CRM records and report on weekly sales activity
