Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and professional Painter who can deliver high quality painting services to both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for painting, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces as required.
• Remove old paint, repair and prime surfaces, and ensure all surfaces are properly prepared for top-coating.
• Clean up and maintain job sites, ensuring all work areas are left clean and organized.
• Respectfully & effectively communicate with clients to ensure their painting needs and preferences are met.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Maintain all painting equipment and tools in good working order.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in various painting techniques.
• Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding, with a strong awareness of safety practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of job costing & budgeting
• Experience in both residential and commercial painting projects.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in the painting industry.
