Start your new career as a Part-Time Fine Dining Server with MAU at Milliken Guest House in Spartanburg, SC.As a Part-Time Fine Dining Server, you will prepare tables, assist guests, provide buffet instructions, refill beverages, address concerns, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service, while maintaining a professional and discreet approach during meals.

What We Offer

• Pay of $15.00 per hour
• 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Work hours may vary based on guest needs

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED 
• Previous experience in hospitality 
• Fine dining serving experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

What You’ll Do as a Fine Dining Server

• Set up tables with a focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization
• Reset and prepare tables for the next shift efficiently
• Greet and assist customers upon arrival
• Provide clear instructions on the buffet dining process
• Refill beverages promptly and as needed
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and with a positive attitude
• Assist guests with dining needs discreetly, ensuring minimal disruption during business meetings
• Perform wake-up calls during morning shifts upon request
• Complete additional tasks
