If you're looking for a role where your curiosity, initiative, and drive to make a difference are valued, you'll feel right at home here. **What You'll Do:** + Manage podcast profit statements and accounting activities in accordance with US GAAP and iHeartMedia policies. + Review podcast agreements to ensure statements are in line with contractual obligations. + Preparing profit statements for internal and third-party talent in a timely fashion. + Partner with podcast operations and finance teams by providing information enabling them to make informed business decisions. + Journal entry preparation. + Prepare and maintain reconciliations and supporting schedules. + P&L analysis and general ledger account review. + Follow key controls to ensure SOX compliance. + Uses appropriate systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects, prepare reconciliations for review, and respond to inquiries. + Understands full cycle accounting and ensures proper control, recording, and classification of financial transactions. + Identifies and escalates appropriate issues to management as needed. + Manages and participates in special projects or support tasks, as assigned. **What You'll Need:** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-5+ years of relevant experience required + Advanced Excel knowledge including understanding and using formulas and manipulating large sets of data + Intermediate Excel and financial information systems experience preferred. **Other:** + Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, facilitation, oral and written communication skills. + Must be detailed oriented with strong attention to accuracy and problem solving.
