The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to join our Polish team. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong interest in content creation and a budding passion for financial content. You’ll have the chance to contribute to creating engaging content that educates and converts our Polish audience, directly supporting our growth in the Polish market. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop your content marketing skills in a dynamic financial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for the Polish market, aligned with our overall marketing goals.
• Create compelling financial/marketing content (SEO Optimized), including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos and website copy, to drive conversions and educate users.
• Translate and adapt existing content from other language editions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy for the Polish audience.
• Collaborate with the core marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Assist the Site Lead in the affiliate marketing activities and the operational side of the site management to ensure the final product fits your audience.
• Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, translating complex financial concepts into clear and accessible language.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation & marketing, or a strong portfolio showcasing your writing skills. Ideally, this would include some exposure to the financial sector or demonstrate an interest in it.
• Solid writing and editing skills in Polish, with demonstrable experience in Content marketing/copywriting
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing principles.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to content creation across various formats, including written content, and potentially video, for social media.
• A keen interest in financial topics and a desire to learn more about financial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and fluent in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Hungry for professional growth.

Advantage:

• Strong on-camera presence and comfortable with public speaking (we have a YouTube channel).
• Active Trader/Investor (InvestingPro user).
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
