Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best terms and prices
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
Interact with potential buyers to showcase properties
Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Minimum age of 18
