About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Investment Team. Specializing in the U.S. multi-family rental sector, this position is instrumental in supporting corporate growth, investment decisions, and portfolio management through financial modeling, market research, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial modeling and in-depth research to guide corporate growth, acquisitions, and asset/portfolio management strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to align key stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Monitor market and economic trends to provide actionable insights for investment strategies.
  • Screen, underwrite, and execute acquisitions of multi-family communities and strategic portfolios.
  • Collaborate with institutional partners, family offices and manage due diligence processes.
  • Support investor relations through report preparation, analysis, and communication.
  • Drive corporate expansion and portfolio growth initiatives by fostering inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Prepare investment-level reports, develop recommendations, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field from a top university, with strong academic performance.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, including investment banking, consulting, or real estate investments/asset management.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask critical questions and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to excel in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
