The Brian Sperry Real Estate Group is seeking a reliable, personable Showing Agent to support Brian and the sales team by managing showings, open houses, inspections, and early-stage client interactions. This role is ideal for someone new to the industry who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to luxury coastal real estate in Newport Beach and the surrounding areas. This role also includes hands-on training in drafting offers, preparing paperwork, and learning the full contract-to-close process, building the foundational skills needed to grow into a future Sales Associate role.
