Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Follow the team plan • Lead follow-up Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Real estate license required About Company: Elite Ann Arbor is a results-focused coaching team dedicated to helping agents build consistent and sustainable real estate businesses.
