National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking a positive, team-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our AWESOME Admin Team! Located in Bothell, our Admin and Client Services Team provides office and administrative support to the company to enable us to best meet the needs of our clients.

We're looking for Awesome Team members with:

At least 1-3 years of related experience
Great attention to detail
Organization and efficiency skills
Ability to provide great customer service
Microsoft Office experience, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills
Integrity and empathy
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to commit to a 40 hour per week schedule

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job Duties include:

Answering phones professionally
Processing paperwork, correspondence, and emails
Opening and sorting mail
Data entry and data lookup
Creating and sending sensitive documents
Creating and updating spreadsheets and reports
Scanning, faxing, and filing
Ordering office supplies
Company meeting and event preparation
Running errands as needed
Regular, punctual attendance

Monday thru Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm
