About Us
International Enviroguard is a disposable protective clothing manufacturer in Texas. We offer a wide variety of personal protective equipment including protective coveralls, surface protection, and accessories. For over 30 years, our protective clothing has provided a first line of defense against dust, dirt, paint, asbestos, mold, blackwater, blood, bloodborne pathogens, sparks, flames, high consequence infectious diseases (HCID), and many toxic chemicals.

International Enviroguard is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager who specializes in Safety, Industrial, Medical and Construction sales. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key distributor and customer relationships and managing business development efforts across the West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities within Safety, Industrial, Medical and Construction markets
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, contractors, independent rep groups and key accounts
  • Provide product knowledge, training and support to customers and channel partners
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations and product management teams to support customer needs and company initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports and updates to senior leadershp
  • Lead, mentor and support independent sales rep groups within the region to achieve performance goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience in Safety, Industrial, Medical or Construction markets
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets
  • Strong distributor and end-user relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regionally as required (50%+)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Office, Powerpoint, Excel and CRM platforms
