About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Agents . In this role, you will help clients plan unforgettable trips while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Whether its a dream vacation, a family getaway, or a corporate trip, you will use your resources and training to provide exceptional travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking travel, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and rental cars.
Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to meet client needs and budgets.
Research destinations, travel restrictions, and industry trends to stay up to date.
Manage client reservations, changes, and cancellations in a professional manner.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Promote travel deals, packages, and upgrades.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
Strong passion for travel and helping others explore the world.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple clients.
Basic computer skills and comfort with booking platforms (training provided).
No prior travel industry experience requiredtraining and certification included.
