Volt is immediately hiring a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator in Maplewood, MN with a well-known industry leader. In this role you will Investigate, maintain, and manage regulatory product certification claims data, databases, documentation systems. This is a first shift position. As a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator you will: Provide regulatory certificate support to our external customers. Will work with ISO 13485 certificates, EC certificates, Declaration of Conformities, etc. Provide other regulatory information on our medical devices and drug products, as needed. Support with state licensing for our medical devices and drug products. Review state requirement and prepare supporting documents according to each state. Navigate through Board of Pharmacy websites to gather information on each state's procedures on renewals and new applications and change for existing license. Receive checks for manual applications. Mail out and receive documents that require managers signature from multiple locations. Other regulatory activities, as needed to support the team. This is a full-time contingent opportunity Estimated Duration 24+ months The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, or engineering, or related disciplined from an accredited institution Detailed oriented, ability to navigate a matrix environment Experience working on a cross-functional team Microsoft Office proficient Some regulatory experience with drug and/or medical device products (preferred) Pay Rate: $30-35.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
