Essential FunctionsJuris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA). Accredited law school and admission to the bar. Superior academic record.
Minimum Experience Six (6) years of experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in a relevant area of law. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Ability to determine appropriateness of settlement or litigation. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations and communications skills.
