Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Installer to join our team. The Window Installer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing residential windows, ensuring proper fit, weatherproofing, and high-quality finishes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and prepare openings for window installation.
  • Install windows, frames, and related hardware with precision and attention to detail.
  • Remove old windows and prepare surfaces for new installations.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations.
  • Seal and weatherproof window installations to prevent leaks and drafts.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite during and after installations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in window installation, construction, or carpentry preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate).
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
