As a Customer Service & Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning unforgettable vacations and business trips, manage travel arrangements, and ensure every journey exceeds expectations. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book airfare, hotels, ground transportation, and special events for clients.

  • Determine customers’ travel preferences, budgets, and schedules to create customized itineraries.

  • Plan and arrange tours, excursions, and group travel packages .

  • Research and provide accurate information on fares, schedules, destinations, and travel requirements .

  • Advise clients on passports, visas, customs, and local attractions .

  • Offer insight on weather conditions, cultural expectations, and travel tips .

  • Calculate total travel costs and present options clearly and professionally.

  • Provide alternative solutions or rebookings when plans change before or during travel.
