Gpac is currently partnered with a well-established business that is in need of a Head Flour Miller.

The ideal Head Flour Miller candidate will be able to complete the following duties as well as having the following requirements.

Head Flour Miller Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and train other flour millers
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks
- Oversee the entire flour milling process
- Safety and compliance management
- Work with team to schedule mill operations and maintenance

Head Flour Miller Requirements
- 5-7 years of flour milling experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Degree in Milling Science or related field is preferred
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
